Property Show for NRIs in Dubai and LondonThursday, June 07, 2007
The "India Property 2007" exhibition is being hosted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) in London and Dubai shortly to showcase Indian properties to NRI investors in particular. Dubai recently played host to a property exhibition organized by Sumansa Events which received an enthusiastic response from NRI investors seeking property in India. The CREDAI and MCHI would be conducting the event around June 14-16 at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel while the London exhibition would be held at the Olympia Conference Centre between July 20 and 22. NRI investors looking for investment in real estate India would have access to first hand information on upcoming and current real estate projects, as a range of property options, from residential apartments, plots and bungalows, to commercial properties would be on display. The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) functions as a central body representing real estate developers in India. The MCHI is a member of CREDAI with a membership of 450 leading developers who operate in Maharashtra, mainly Mumbai.
