Bangalore-based real estate developer Puravankara Projects
is venturing into Saudi Arabia to cater to the housing needs of non-resident
          Indians living in the country.
There is a large interest among Indians in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
to invest in luxury and affordable homes in India and with a new office
in Al Khobar, Dammam, Puravankara is hoping to tap into this growing
market for its projects in India. The company has had a presence in
          Dubai for over two decades.
To reach out to NRIs, the company has also set up a 24/7 sales support
desk in India through which Indians anywhere in the world can reach
          out at any time.
“The office in Saudi and the 24/7 sales desk would help many
Indians abroad who have always thought of owning a home in India, but
have not had the time or the means to help them in the decision making,”
says Jackbastian K Nazareth, chief executive officer of Puravankara
          Projects.
