The months of March and April 2008 will witness the biggest Indian
realty Show ever to be held in USA. The exhibition cum seminar will
provide an opportunity for Indian Developers to meet and interact with
NRI customers.
The show which is programmed for 10 days will be held at two strategic
places. The first one San Jose (Bay Area) and the second is Secaucus,
New Jersey. Both these places have the largest number of affluent Indian
population.
This will be the first event of its kind, to be held at an expo cum
convention center, with Pan India Builders representing over 500 new
property options along with Mortgage, Financial, Legal and Vaastu solutions.
The show intends to meet all the real estate needs of an NRIs at one
place.
The show not only aims to provide visibility for Indian Property Developers
and market their properties but also to meet the Real Estate Majors
in USA and network to understand from them what works with an NRI. The
program is also a great platform for Indian Developers to interact with
their counterparts in USA and learn how American properties are planned
and built.
The show is expected to attract huge crowd as the combined Indian population
near the venue is over 750,000 NRIs. The all day show over the weekend
runs 10 am to 6 pm.
