New Township for NRIs in Kolkata

Close upon the heels of other sister
cities; Kolkata will soon feature its own exclusive arena for
Non Resident
Indians (NRIs), Rosdale Garden. Designed under the
discerning eye of the famous architect, Stephen Coates of aCta
International, the project will be developed by Rosadale Developers
Private Limited and executed by Bengal Shrachi Housing
Development Limited, (BSHDL).
Exclusively for NRIs, this amazing place will come up in Action
Area III in New Town (Rajarhat) over 16.32 acres.
Whether it is semi furnished air conditioned apartments or electric
gadgets incorporated within the living space, the entire complex
will offer the complete array of facilities that are known to
be enjoyed by NRIs in the west.
There would also be a centralized purification plant, hi-tech
protection, and a professional security system. Adding to the
charm of the complex will be a gamut of services including a business
centre, multi-cuisine restaurant, a medical unit with ambulance
services, sports complex, commercial spaces, and other amenities
at par with international standards.
With India offering amazing growth prospects in every sector,
NRIs have good reasons to return back to roots. Rosedale Garden,
a modern estate is primarily for the NRIs who are always eyeing
the opportunities to return to India either driven by nostalgia,
or for making substantial presence in growing business realm in
the country. NRIs will find everything as according to their lifestyle
in the complex, which has been uniquely incorporated by consolidating
the benefits of both worlds, the East and the West, says Rahul
Todi, Managing Director, BSHDL.
BSHDL is a joint venture between the West
Bengal Housing Board and Shrachi Group.
Having completed the known Greenwood Park, at Rajarhat, the company
started operations in the year 2001 and has earned a good name
for itself in a short span of time.
