The City
Located in the heart of Doaba region, Jalandhar, the former capital of Punjab has an urban populace of a million, and another million reside in the rural areas outside the city. It has many historic monuments with the most famous being mausoleum of Iman Nasir, the fort at Phillaur, a Shiv Mandir which belongs to Lodhi era and the Gurudwara at Kartarpur.

The city is the biggest market for agricultural products and has gained famed for its sports goods, leather and textile industries sited on the Nakodar Chowk, Galleria would represent an ideal blend of office spaces, shopping arcades, food court, a broad range of restaurants and coffee corners to suit every taste bud along with a ample parking space.

Jalandhar city is well served by great network of roads. Jalandhar-Moga road is the most significant road of the region, as it links Doaba and Malwa areas of Punjab.

Talking about satellite towns in Jalandhar, Phagwara is a leading of all and an industrial focal point with known cloth manufacturing units and sugar mills. This is also one of the most sought after international shopping centers. Goraya is another satellite town engaged in production of fodder chopping machines. It is much popular as "toka town" of India.
