Indian Property Fest for NRIs in Dubai

The Indian property fair will be back on Dubai shores, following the positive response from the first such event organized in 2006.
The inaugural Indian Property Show was attended by 1200 visitors, generating enquiries worth Rs. 2,167 crore.
This year, the 3 day extravaganza will open on May 17th at Dubai
Airport Expo’s East Hall with 300 exhibitors
Sumansa Events, organizers of the show are upbeat about the response to this year’s exhibition as well. Being the largest event of its kind in the world, the Indian Property Show provides a forum for NRI investors and real estate developers in India to intermingle.
For the NRIs in Dubai, it is an occasion to meet the face behind
the projects they are looking to invest in, while for the property
builders of India, it provides an opportunity to be acquainted
with the requirements of NRIs scouting for properties in India.
During the exclusive event for NRIs in Dubai, a string of seminars
have been arranged on topics which are of concern to NRIs. The
legal issues of purchasing property in India, the scope for growth
of the real estate market in Tier II and Tier III cities, the
tenets of vaastu, and a comprehensive real estate scenario in
India are some of the issues that will be put forth during the
3-day event.
Apart from Indian real estate developers, legal
advisors, financial institutions and vaastu experts would also
be accessible for one-to-one interaction with NRI visitors.
The real estate market is quickly maturing into a more organized,
professional industry, abetted by the entry of FIIs and FDI into
real estate in India. With Indian industry also pushing for a
watchdog committee to check dishonest practices in the property
market, NRIs can breathe easy with the higher levels of transparency.
