Latest Real Estate Projects in Nagpur
The new constructions in Nagpur sport a trendy and contemporary architecture. Residential apartments like the Pioneer Regency, Serenity in Khare Town and Dharampeth by Harmony Homes are some of Nagpur’s latest projects. Lake View Enclave on Amravati Road enjoys the expanse of a township within the city. Tranquility and Homes at the School are properties that would be coming up by 2008.
As for commercial projects in Nagpur, the Goel Ganga Group is developing the Orange Walk shopping mall in Sitabuldi on 10 lakh sq. ft. A hotel, recreation centre and multiplex theatres would be provided for within the complex.
6 additional shopping malls in Nagpur will come up by 2008-09 at a cost of Rs 1000 crore. These would be on land allotted by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation for infrastructure development on a 20 year lease for Rs. 545 crore in Netaji Market and Water Works Department in Sitabuldi, Gokulpeth Market and Grain market in Wardhman Nagar, Jaripatka and Pachpoli Flyover near Kamal Square. BSEL Infrastructure Realty and Unity Infraprojects have been offered to develop the projects.
Growing commerce and business tourism to Nagpur is encouraging the hospitality segment too to set up the Taj hotel in Santra Market, the Radisson on Wardha Road, and the Kamath’s in Khapri.
