The “India Property 2007” exhibition is being hosted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) and the Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) in London and Dubai shortly to showcase Indian properties to NRI investors in particular.

Dubai recently played host to a property exhibition organized by Sumansa
Events which received an enthusiastic response from NRI investors seeking
property in India.

The CREDAI and MCHI would be conducting the event around
June 14-16 at the Renaissance Dubai Hotel while the London exhibition
would be held at the Olympia Conference Centre between July 20
and 22.

NRI investors looking for investment
in real estate India
would
have access to first hand information on upcoming and current
real estate projects, as a range of property options, from residential
apartments, plots and bungalows, to commercial properties would
be on display.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association
of India (CREDAI) functions as a central body representing real
estate developers in India. The MCHI is a member of CREDAI with a membership
