The Sahara India Pariwar has diversified into another niche market - that of catering to NRIs settled across the globe. The spectrum of NRI services ranges from health care to utility and property matters in India.
The Sahara Care House service caters exclusively to NRIs through
a network of "relationship ambassadors". These ambassadors are on call 24 hours a day, offering a range of services to NRIs who are unable to attend to their responsibilities in India.
Currently functioning with a team of 107 relationship ambassadors,
Sahara Care has constantly been adding to its network of cities
in India and abroad.
The latest to be inducted are services to
the US, and a branch in Jalandhar.
Seven cities in Punjab have already been covered, and Sahara
hopes to service 12 million NRIs from the state.
Of the 25 million
strong NRI community in 70 countries scattered across the globe,
50% of these hail from Punjab. Sahara Care services would ensure
that their needs are efficiently handled.
SCH’s exhaustive current network covers 249 centres across 197 cities and a trained workforce of 3,500 relationship ambassadors.
NRIs can avail of services by either enrolling as a client or transacting as a visitor to the website.
